Ingredients2 Persons

2 Naan flatbreads
3 Tbsp fig jam
¾ cup
8 fresh figs, quartered or cut into thirds
2 large shallots, peeled and sliced into rounds
1 garlic clove, minced
2 cups packed arugula
1-2 Tbsp balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Spread fig jam over each naan. Top evenly with shredded Oddlygood mozzarella. Place shallots and figs evenly over the naan and sprinkle with minced garlic. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until cheese in melted and bubbly.
  3. Remove and drizzle balsamic glaze over each naan. Garnish with arugula and serve.
