Plant-based toast is an easy and fast snack to make. It's a delicious combination of creamy Oddlygood cheese, tangy and flavorful veggies and crispy toast.

Ingredients2 Persons

4 slices multigrain toast
2 tbsp cucumber relish
To taste black pepper
¼ cup Oddlygood plant based cheddar or mozzarella, shredded
½ onion in thin slices
½ bell pepper, sliced


  1. Place the bread on the board. Spread cucumber salad on 2 slices of bread. Grind pepper on top.
  2. Cut the onion into thin slices. Also slice the peppers.
  3. Spread the Oddlygood cheese and vegetables on the other two slices. Press bread lids on top.
  4. Fry the toasts on a sandwich grill until the cheese has melted and the surface of the bread is crispy.
