Tortillas are a super-fast salty snack, stuffed with salsa, beans, and Oddlygood slices, as well as toasted in a pan. This quesadilla, healthful, cheesy and wonderful with guacamole!

Ingredients4 Persons

8 (small) wheat tortillas
¼ cup salsa
¼ cup Cooked black beans
12 slices Oddlygood Cheddar or Mozzarella slices
¼ cup minced fresh cilantro

To be served with



  1. Spread the salsa on top of four small tortillas. Add the beans (previously rinsed and drained) and the veggie slices.
  2. Season with minced cilantro and place the remaining tortillas on top of the others.
  3. Cook them in a frying pan over medium heat on both sides. Cut the hot vegedillas into four pieces and serve with guacamole or salsa.
